Session 4: Finding Nurturance in Meditation

Space and the Inner Whisper of Mantra (Sound)

Welcome!

This is the fourth session in our series on discovering ease and comfort in meditation. In this session, we build upon the foundation laid in the previous three, refining our practice by introducing greater subtlety to our technique. If you haven’t yet completed the first three sessions, please do so before beginning this one—progress in meditation is not about rushing but about allowing the practice to unfold naturally.

As we continue, we will explore some of the most common questions and concerns that arise:

  • I keep falling asleep! What should I do?

  • I can’t meditate because I just keep thinking—am I doing it wrong?

  • I feel like I’m not saying the mantra at all. Is that okay?

  • How do I know if this is working?

  • What are the benefits of this meditation?

  • Will the benefits deepen as I continue?

  • Is it important to meditate regularly?

  • How often should I meditate?

  • How long should each session be, and when is the best time to practice?

As we explore these topics and meditate together, we will deepen our understanding of meditation as a practice of nurturance—offering ourselves space, gentleness, and inner stillness. Let’s begin.

This post is free for everyone. If you are able, please consider becoming a paid subscriber. So very appreciated. ❤️
