Yes, this is definitely a powerful addition to how we normally approach taking a deep breath.

All the usual three part breath, diaphragmatic emphasis is still there! But, the drawing of the breath ALL THE WAY DOWN the back body as the initiating action is a complete game changer!!

Hi Patty, I have a question!

So based on my knowledge, physiologically on an inhale the pelvic diaphragm moves downward as the pressure builds from the thoracic diaphragm expanding, and then on the exhale it gently lifts again. But am I right in digesting what you are saying is that energetically there is a coming together of these two diaphragms on the inhale, despite their physical movement of both actually descending? Or am I just utterly confused haha? Some clarity would be so appreciated, thank you!
