Yearning for some imaginary perfect version of yourself is just another trick of the mind! It’s a great way to stay stuck. Might it be possible that you are just fine as you are? Really, deeply good enough. Ordinarily extraordinary. Just like everyone else. Uniquely gifted and maybe even brilliant.
How can we learn to accept and know ourselves fully on all levels — personal and universal — and in so doing discover our inherent intelligence and creativity? Gain comfort, equanimity, and grace in living?Well…we can dive inward with a curious and open mind! We can see for ourselves.
