Read the article or watch the video first? I don’t know. You choose.
We take our inquiry right into the body! We take it into every level of our manifest form and travel all the way through to its radiantly vibrating source.
We use our bravery, focus, and determination to journey inward with the intention to see ourselves as we actually are: radiant and universal and at the same time dense and messily human. We really do contain multitudes.
We are heavy and earthy. We are desirous and fluid. We are stubborn and determined. We think negative thoughts. We also love and care. We nourish and respect. We support what we feel is just and right. We encourage growth. And then…we feel bad again. Get angry. Hurt someone. Hurt ourselves. You know, human stuff.
We explore all of this with an attitude of radical acceptance. Can we manage the intensity of life’s vicissitudes without contracting our life force, hardening our edges, and becoming rigid in body and mind?
Might there actually be a vast field of unimaginable and unexpressed intelligence that is underlying all of this? Is there any comfort at all in that? Maybe not. Might this field be loving its own play right now? Are we it? What is our part in this? Do we have a responsibility to act in certain ways? Kindness? Giving? Loving?
As we delve through the muck of our misconceptions and tightly held beliefs, we open the doors to a more spacious state of mind. No longer clinging to erroneous thoughts and self-concepts, we are free to explore whether or not this life may or may not be more than we once knew.
The space allows us to see more clearly. This is the realm, the window of clarity that opens to allow the deeper questions that we want to ask.
This is called practice.
Practice is an endeavor that is consistent and exists over a long period of time. Be patient with yourself! No effort is in vain. The more you practice the greater the harvest!
Thank you for reading and thank you for watching the video above.
Going nowhere. Doing nothing. Onward.

Exactly. And as Bonnie said about 9/11, "Someone has to hold the joy."
Patty, read the text. Your message is a beautiful description of the spiritual journey of humans which is what daily practice fosters. Nearly every day I remind myself of my spiritual teacher’s advice to “watch yourself” moment to moment; your thoughts, sensations, and reactions/actions within yourself for true transformation - a challenging and ongoing process of evolving towards fulfilling our human potential. This is what your valuable insight and teaching inspires. Thank you!
