Our hearts and roots are connected through our cores by their own unique pulsating polarities of flow. Like the moon is tethered to the planet, our hearts are tethered to our personal earth through our own inner gravity.
Earth and heart are in constant communication. The channel between them is alive and vibrant.
This simple practice is done standing. We begin in an easeful mountain posture.
We inquire into the inherent relationality of our hearts and our rooted forms.
—We yield and bring our hands into prayer position.
—We allow our knees to soften and bend.
—We open to the resilience and freedom of heart, as mulabandha softly tethers our love into the depths of our roots.
